About

My name is Yoshiko Miwa.

I’m a writer covering science and technology, especially the embedded computer systems. I have written many articles and 2 books in Japanese. A magazine series “The penguins in the little boxes” (2001-2005) is still getting favorable notice, which descrives the early embedded linux developers, their pleasure and pride in the building of the embedded linux industry.

And I’m female and disabled, these almost means that I can’t survive in Japan. I hope to survive physically and socially, but I have to recognize that’s just my dream.

In this blog, I will write my unhopeful days in the Japanese society and occasionally discovery my life maybe worth to live, encouraged by science and technology.
